Free tickets to Hero Conf
We allocate thousands of free single day tickets each year for our conferences.
Free tickets are valid for one day only. When you apply for a free ticket you can specify which date you’d prefer or let us pick one at random. Content will be different on each day with topics spread across both days so you can pick based on your availability (not by topic theme).

San Diego September 2025:
Our final free ticket application window is closed. All free tickets for 2025 have been allocated.
Brighton 2026:
Applications for free tickets for Hero Conf UK April 2026 will be open 19-21 November 2025.
San Diego 2026:
We are moving to the San Diego Convention Center for our 2026 US edition. Applications for free tickets will be from January 14-16, 2026.
How we distribute free tickets
When we started out in the UK, demand for free tickets to our events kept crashing ticketing platforms then selling out in minutes which was all a tad too frantic for us and the internet. So we introduced an application system for free tickets.
Instead of all that drama we now open a free ticket application form for a 48 hour period before each conference. If you’d like a free ticket you just enter your details during the application period and then we randomly select people who will be offered free tickets.
Not everyone who enters gets a free ticket so if you want to ensure you get a ticket you can buy one.
You also can’t have more than one free ticket so if you want to attend both days of the conference you’ll need to buy a ticket.
