Sveva Coltellacci

From code to leads: after 10 years in tech and a bachelor’s in Maths, Sveva made the jump into digital marketing and never looked back. Today she leads performance marketing at Pro Web Consulting in Switzerland, where she’s built a business unit from the ground up and develops talent that turns data into winning strategies.

This is her second time at HeroConf.

Her journey has taken her from Rome to Como to Lugano, across borders and life chapters, all while raising two small tornados (Fiamma and Ranieri). In her free time you’ll find her rowing on Lake Lugano or Como, spiking volleyballs on the beach, or strategizing her next bridge move.
