You’re probably thinking neat, so is everyone else. Stop using so many exclamation points.
First and foremost, I may overdo it with exclamation points, but it’s out of genuine enthusiasm for working with such great folks at an innovative company! We’re a motivated and passionate bunch who is always on the lookout for a better way to do things – PPC management and otherwise. We never settle for something that works, we always want to make it better, faster, and stronger.
The same goes for our leadership team, who is constantly listening to our team’s feedback. Is client management stressful? Yup. Does anyone care/do anything about it? Yup. Our leadership team takes our employee feedback SERIOUSLY, and is constantly on the lookout for ways to take stress off of the team, make people happier, and beyond!

Not only are we always looking for feedback to improve, but we are also a team who is transparent about:
- What we can/can’t do
- The state of the company
- How we’re progressing towards our goals
In fact, each month, we have a company-wide meeting we call Town Hall where we talk about our fiscal health, department initiatives, and celebrations (employee of the month, anniversaries, promotions, etc.). We love talking about where we’re at, where we’re going, and how we’re going to get there. And if anyone is unsure about any of it, all they have to do is ask!
So if we’re always looking for ways to make things better, faster, and stronger, how do we know that we’re moving in the right direction? In 2010, our team created a vision and a set of values that we all believe in and live every day.

Our vision and values are not something we stuck on the wall in hopes that someone reads them occasionally (even though they are on the wall…). Each month we say them aloud together, we recognize an Employee of the Month who is helping further our vision, we recognize a team member for extraordinarily Living Our Values Everyday (LOVE Award), and our values are a part of our team’s regular performance reviews.
Sure, we have great perks too like flex scheduling, remote options, weekly happy hour, and snacks; however, we know that at the end of the day, we wouldn’t be Hanapin without our passionate, bright, and witty team.
